Description of the property

If you’re looking for a unique location with sublime views, look no further – located in the sea boulevard, this gorgeous apartment with fantastic finishing touches is a 3min walk to the old town and just a stone’s throw away to the sandy beaches of La Ribera and La Fragata, the last one being great for playing volleyball and beach tennis.

This contemporary penthouse, located on a fourth floor with elevator, was knocked down and rebuilt from scratch barely two years ago. From the looks of the outside building, you wouldn’t expect to find this singular gem hidden on the top floor, but walking through the entrance door is to step into a world of Mediterranean elegance and sophistication.

The mosaic floor of the entryway cleverly defines the layout of the apartment: on the left, there’s the airy open plan lounge and kitchen flooded with sunlight all day long, whereas on the right, it offers 3 bedrooms, all lovingly decorated to create a home from home.

Every detail has been looked after when refurbishing this charming penthouse; it’s not just about stylish furniture, there are small touches here and there that only a creative genius could have thought of. For instance, the living area has been smartly separated from the bedrooms by a sliding glass wall divider that acts as a sound barrier to guarantee a tight and restful sleep.

Walking down the hallway, the first bedroom comprises a double bed with push to open closets and wardrobes that have been strategically hidden along the headboard to maximize space. It boasts an en suite bathroom with a shower. Here the seamless pattern of light blue flowers in the floor tiles strategically matches the geometric motif of the headboard.

The second bedroom is far more spacious and includes a large built in closet and twin beds sharing an upholstered turquoise headboard. They can easily be put together into a double.

The third one is a master bedroom with a Queen Size bed, suspended side tables and an en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Not surprisingly, it has the largest closet of all.

There is an extra fourth bedroom that can easily come unnoticed. It’s situated in the entryway and resembles a glass-encased box. It’s mainly used as a practical utility room, with a washing machine and a dryer, but it includes a Murphy bunk bed sleeping 2 more guests.

This fourth bedroom and the second one share a complete bathroom in the entryway with floor tiles matching the mosaic floor of the hall. As the rest of the private bathrooms, it offers the same comforts: a shower and towel warmers.

Going back to the lounge, it features a pair of comfortable sofas and two armchairs, as well as a flat screen TV. There is also a home office desk in case you need to keep up with your work duties when on holidays. All in all, it’s a fantastic place for families, with internet Wi-Fi all around and a very efficient centralized air conditioning and heating. The dining table seats up to eight people and the central island in the kitchen smoothly integrates the three spaces – kitchen, dining area and lounge- into one carefully designed area.

This open-plan layout allows the cook to socialize with others while preparing meals. The streamlined design of the kitchen with handless cabinetry and integrated appliances elegantly keeps up with the clear and puristic design of this modernistic apartment. With two fridges and two freezers, a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave, it absolutely has everything you might need to showcase your culinary artistry to your peers and family.
